Watch Platte International Commerce Center take shape! 🪏 A 1.7 million square foot, master-planned Class A distribution park at MO-92 and I-29 in Platte City, Missouri.

What started with Building B breaking ground in March 2023 became something we're truly proud of.

Building B (748K SF): March 2023 - July 2024
Building C (526K SF): September 2024 - July 2025
Building D (396K SF): October 2025 - June 2026

Last week, we celebrated the ribbon cutting on Building D, the final piece of the puzzle. Thank you to all of our partners who helped us bring these projects to life.

This week, we celebrated the ribbon cutting for Purina Animal Nutrition's new 397,000 square foot facility at Platte International Commerce Center in Platte City, Missouri, officially completing our 1.67 million square foot, Class A industrial campus.
