🎉JUST SOLD!🎉
I am so incredibly happy for my sellers! 🎰We closed on their home yesterday and we took a major gamble on this buyer. We were set to close on 5/28 and this family was moving from out of state and they didn't even know if their transfer was going to be accepted. That's right. We didn't even know if the buyer was moving here. Their transfer was approved on 5/21 and I was sweating!!

It's one thing to accept an offer when the buyer has to sell their own house, but it is another to accept an offer from someone who doesn't even know if they were moving here! We were able to negotiate $3,000 of non refundable earnest money so even if this buyer didn't work out my sellers made $3,000!

But it all worked out because sometimes you have to have a little faith and take the risk. We were able to sell 'as-is' and my sellers didn't lift a finger and now they are riding off into the sunset of retirement. 🌇

I am also celebrating another milestone- 20 houses in 1.5 years! It is hard being a part time agent not on a team, but my clients keep me going!

I am so incredibly happy for my sellers!
They tried to sell their home back in January and were unsuccessful because they didn't have the correct strategy. They met me and I told them my goal was for them to net $30K and not lift a finger, and here we are today walking away with $29,946 and absolutely zero fingers lifted!
They have incredibly kind spirits, worked so well with the other agent, and even helped the buyers with their down payment.
Not even lenders who drop the ball can stand in the way! Cheers to our next chapter and now it's time to find a home for them! 💕

Because sometimes two deals are better than 1! 🎉
I am beyond grateful for my client for trusting me to help her and her family for the next chapter. She originally listed her home with a different agent and it sat for months without any action. The problem wasn't the house- it was the strategy. We were able to find the perfect buyer (seriously it's like God created him), plus I decreased my commission in order for her to have enough funds to buy her dream home.
