Biggest and most well deserved congratulations to my buyers! 🔑
Our journey began on 4/1 when we went to our first showing. Little did I know I made an incredibly close friend for life! ❤️ Over the past 3 ½ months we have SOLD their previous home, written 7 offers + 1 sight unseen offer 🙈, negotiated electrical panels and basically became electricians, and bullied our way into closing in an impressive 20 days 🤛.
