. Those interested in buying or selling property in West O’ahu have the benefit of Iris’ determination to tackle any challenges that arise successfully. Coming from a family of bankers dating back generations, Iris learned the value of real estate and its advantages at a young age. She grew up actively listening about economic developments and how they impact the market, a habit which she still practices today. Iris’ knowledge of wealth building stems from when she purchased her first piece of property in her early 20’s, an experience that enables her to emphasize and see from both viewpoints as an agent and as a client. Originally from Germany, Iris moved to Hawai’i in 2002 and has called it her beloved home ever since. Iris followed her family’s footsteps and received her Master in both Finance and Criminal Justice. Together with her husband, seven children, one granddaughter, a dog, and a pet turtle, they enjoy spending quality time together in their energetic household. When she has a spare moment, Iris likes to hike, read, watch a sunset, enjoy the ocean and also help people in her community in any way she can.
