Incase you haven’t heard….. TEXAS IS GETTING A HARD FREEZE!

As your helpful realtor I do want to pass along a few tips.

Tip 1- don’t panic. Life will be back to normal by Tuesday and we will probably all be In shirts come wednesday. 
Tip 2- prepare now. Wrap your pipes with old towels or store bought wrappings. For extra security wrap your pipes with christmas lights for added heat.
Tip 3- If you have a rental property don’t rely on your tenants to do the work for you. Make sure you protect YOUR investment.
Tip4- bring in your pets, plants and people….. especially your in laws otherwise you’ll never hear the end of it 😉
Tip 5- if you bake some bread, the oven will help warm up the home! I have a no fail bread recipe I’m happy to share!
