This is not even funny!

Need advice on a new driveway issue..
I just had concrete poured on a new driveway and these are the results. Is this amount of bowing normal/acceptable? I haven't paid them yet and don't know much about concrete work. Aesthetically it doesn't look very good but they told me that it just looks worse because of the boards.
Any help or advice is appreciated. They're coming tomorrow to collect payment and the money is really my only leverage here if there is an issue.,..
