Not every listing hits the market and takes off—and that’s okay. What matters is having a strategy and knowing when to pivot.

I recently represented a landlord whose property sat longer than expected in a slower market. The initial pricing and photos weren’t attracting the right applicants, so we made a plan, adjusted our approach, and elevated the marketing with virtually staged photos.

Our Spring Market was such an incredible success, and I’m honestly just feeling so grateful. Seeing families out enjoying the day—kids egg hunting, planting flowers, people shopping, laughing, connecting—it was everything we hoped it would be and more. 🌸

Starting today, lenders are officially allowing pets to co-sign on mortgages 🏡🐾

Requirements include:
✔️ Proof of steady treat income
✔️ Strong history of good behavior (no chewing baseboards)
✔️ Excellent credit score (aka… being a very good boy/girl)

Preferred co-signers: Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and any dog willing to “sit” through closing 🐕😂

Honestly… some of them might be more reliable than humans 😅
