🏡 SOLD! And this one was worth the wait. 🔑

Two years ago, Tony and I were ready to sell his home. Then, life happened. An unexpected life event meant we had to press pause—and sometimes, the timing just isn’t right yet.

This lease is a perfect reminder that strategy matters.

My client had already moved out of state and had her home listed for lease for several months with an agent who wasn’t local to the area. Despite being on the market, it wasn’t getting the results she needed.

Once we connected, I visited the property, evaluated the local rental market, and created a game plan. The home needed some TLC after the previous tenants moved out, so I helped coordinate and tackle cost-effective improvements to get it market-ready. Oldie but Goodie 😅

Starting today, lenders are officially allowing pets to co-sign on mortgages 🏡🐾

Requirements include:
✔️ Proof of steady treat income
✔️ Strong history of good behavior (no chewing baseboards)
✔️ Excellent credit score (aka… being a very good boy/girl)

Preferred co-signers: Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and any dog willing to “sit” through closing 🐕😂
