As an agent, l've toured lots of properties... but this one made me laugh out loud.

My Hilton hotel room has space for a desk, a living area, even a cute little kitchen setup. And yet the bathroom door literally touches the toilet. As in, you have to negotiate with the door just to sit down. Somewhere a designer said "spacious suite" and forgot to measure the swing radius.

To my fellow professionals out there: details matter. Layout matters. Function matters. Because no amount of square footage makes up for a door that competes with the toilet for personal space.

Today was supposed to be a Closing Day... instead, it turned into a medical event.
