Sometimes you search for months… and then the right one shows up, and everything moves FAST. 🏡

My buyers have been looking since March, waiting for the home that truly felt worth making a move for. Then this one hit the market, and less than 24 hours later, we were under contract! 🔑✨

Over an acre near the Columbia River, beautiful custom finishes, incredible indoor and outdoor space, and so many thoughtful details throughout. It’s such a special property, and I’m so excited they found it.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of this next chapter with them. Sometimes the wait really is worth it! 🤍

Vacation mode… with a few real estate calls mixed in. 😂

I’m a big believer in making time for the people I love, but I also know that real estate doesn’t always wait until you’re back at your desk.

So if my clients need me, I’m there. Even if that means answering a call between breakfast and the next adventure. 🤍

Grateful for a career I love, clients I care deeply about, and a family that doesn’t mind sharing me now and then!

For the fourth year in a row, I’ve been named one of the Best Real Estate Brokers in the Tri-Cities! 🔑 ✨

It’s an honor that means so much to me because it reflects far more than sales or transactions. It represents my clients' trust, the relationships I’ve built along the way, and the care I bring to every move, every conversation, and every detail.

Whether I’m helping a buyer find their perfect home or guiding a seller through a big transition, my goal has always been to make real estate feel a little clearer, more thoughtful, and personal.

A little mid-year moment of gratitude. 🤍

I recently learned that I’m currently ranked #2 in individual units closed and #4 in individual sales volume year-to-date at RE/MAX Northwest Tri-Cities, along with being recognized in July’s Million+ Club.

Numbers and rankings are never the reason I do this work, but I’m incredibly grateful for what they represent: families who trusted me with a move, sellers who handed me the keys to a home full of memories, buyers starting new chapters, and clients who continue to send their friends and family my way.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of so many important moments this year. There’s a lot of 2026 still ahead, and I’m grateful for every bit of it!
