I've had the unique experience of growing up in both a small town in the Philippines and later moving to Seattle when I was 15.
These two distinct environments played a crucial role in shaping the person I am today.
Shortly after moving to Seattle, I started high school as a junior.
On my first day, I was so excited that I arrived an hour early, only to find out school was canceled due to snow.
I quickly adapted to my new environment.
It turned out to be quite normal and, at times, even easier compared to the long school hours I had in the Philippines.
Luckily, I formed some amazing friendships in both high school and college that continue to be a significant part of my life.
My first job was at 17, working at a fast-food chain.That's when I learned the true value of earning a penny.
As I progressed through college and beyond, I honed my customer service skills through experiences in both retail and banking.
I gained expertise in personal finance while working as a personal banker at a major bank.
Before becoming a Realtor, I worked at a financial services firm in Seattle for several years as a help desk specialist, assisting in various issues and daily problem-solving to ensure smooth operations for financial professionals.
Just as the pandemic started, my then employer underwent a merger and acquisition.
This prompted me to re-evaluate my career path and seek new opportunities for personal growth.
Recognizing my strengths and long-held aspirations, real estate is a natural fit for my skills and ambition.
Real estate isn't just a career for me; it’s a passion.
My curiosity drives me to stay ahead of the curve, constantly learning and soaking up all the knowledge this complex and fascinating field has to offer.
This dedication allows me to guide my clients with confidence and enthusiasm, ensuring they have a smooth and successful experience.
I've always believed real estate is more than just houses and deals. It's about people and the journey they're on.
