🏡 **July 2026 Real Estate Market Update**

More homes are hitting the market, giving buyers more choices.

Here’s what the latest NWMLS numbers show:

📈 Inventory increased **19.8%**
🏠 King County inventory increased **23.7%**
📉 Closed sales decreased **3.2%**
💰 Median sales price dipped **1.5% to $640,000**
🔑 **74.1% of listings** may qualify for down payment assistance programs

What does this mean?
