Boyd & Associates (DRE No. 02127943 / NMLS No. 2109517) has been a part of the Kerman Community since 1950 when Joe Boyd first opened his real estate office in the same building as his movie theater on Madera Avenue. He was later joined by his son Ken Boyd (License No. 00323505 / NMLS No. 320641) in 1970. Upon Joe's retirement, Ken purchased the business that he still enjoys today! The Boyd family

business continued to grow into the next generation with the addition of son-in-law, Brian Ellsworth (License No. 01230440 / NMLS No. 316056). Cherie Smith (License No. 01442806/ NMLS No. 162984) joined Boyd & Associates bringing with her many years of customer service experience to round out the team. Please join the Kerman Historical Society on Tuesday, March 10th as Marilyn Felker presents a slideshow presentation of 106 pictures taken from the Kerman area north of Whitesbridge. We meet at the Kerman Senior Center at 720 S. 8th St. in Kerman. Social time begins at 6 o'clock. The speaker at 6:30. Admission is free and everyone is invited. We hope to see you there!
