🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ WOW!! What a morning!

192 amazing participants showed up for our Shatter the Stigma 5K and brought the energy, heart, and support with them!

It was cold. It was sunny. And our hearts were warm from the incredible love and encouragement shared all morning long. ☀️❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out to run, walk, cheer, volunteer, sponsor, and support this important cause. Because of you, we continue raising awareness, building community, and helping shatter the stigma surrounding mental health.

Congratulations to all of our participants, you showed up and made a difference today!

To raise awareness about mental health and to "Shatter the Stigma" associated with mental illness. Race will be at Trailhead Beer Garden Located on Schreiner University Campus (2100 Memorial Blvd.
