My husband and I have been renting the house at 19 Evergreen Ave, Key West, FL for the past 7 years. Sometimes the rental was for as long as three months. We have never been disappointed. It is perfectly located on a canal, making it easy to use our water equipment. It has an excellent boat lift that will work with any kind of craft you would want to use. It is also exactly one mile from a state boat ramp on US1 which you do not need a permit for if you neen to launch or retrieve a boat. The views from the house are beautiful, especially at sunset. There is lots of room in the driveway for your car or any other equipment. The porch, which is facing the water, is enclosed with a screen so it is very pleasant to eat out there. The furniture is continually updated and immaculate. Everything you might need is available in the kitchen. The neighbors ard very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. You won’t find a better house on the water to rent anywhere.
