Rates recently hit a four-year low...

Mortgage rates have moved a lot recently, and last week, dropped to their lowest level since 2022¹. Improved affordability is bringing buyers back into the market and creating new refinance opportunities. When rates shift, helping buyers understand their options early can position them to move with confidence.

Ocean safety efforts are left up to individual counties, leading to big disparities in drowning prevention across the islands. The state does little to help them.

The new merger would pay off Hawaiian Air's debt, supposedly keep the jobs, allow for more frequent flights, and offer more opportunities in areas not serviced as often. Could be a good thing.

Many see it as a chance to preserve the brand — and service.

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage is now averaging 7.29%, down from last week when it averaged 7.44%.
