Here’s a quick update from a crazy last 30 days:

- Sold both of my oceanfront listings at Napili shores and set the record sale in the complex twice in the same month!
- I sold a timeshare for the first time. It was pretty straightforward and I’m glad and I can say I have the experience now. Anyone want a free helicopter tour?
- Sold a Kamaole sands and got $36k off for my buyers! We had a fast close and I couldn’t be more grateful for a smooth escrow.

Also, I’ve joined forces with Tom Tezak and the lifestyle Maui team over at Hawaii Life! Can’t wait to start a new chapter in my career. I’ve got a long way to go and so much to learn!

Just closed😍 Crazy story on this one:

We got all set up to list this property, and the night before we were set to go live, the water main in front of the house busted. This sent a river down the drive way (you could’ve rafted this thing lol) at 3 in the morning. I got the call from the seller at 6 am, and we pushed back the listing date a few days and of course they were immediately on the fence. Luckily enough, this house is on stilts and a ton of the water ran around through the yard. We got over there the second we could with shovels and a truck the next afternoon and had it all cleaned up and just a few days later we’re able to proceed as planned👍🏻 We tried to find some help to take care of it but couldn’t on such short notice, super grateful to the guys for helping tackle this one!
