**Requirements:**
- Applicants must demonstrate an income that is three times the rental amount.
- A verifiable rental and employment history is necessary.
- A credit score of 550 or higher is required.
- No prior evictions or outstanding balances to any community or property management.
- Applicants should have no felony criminal record.
When submitting your application, either in person or online, please provide the following documentation for any individual aged 18 or older who will be applying:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card
- Documentation of income for the most recent 30 days or the most recent Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) for military applicants.
