At Renaissance at Stoney Creek Apartments, we like to place your comfort above all our priorities. We offer comfortable apartments with incredible service. We are located near the Community Center Park, local restaurants, grocery stores, and many downtown shops. We are also just a short drive to Fort Hood.
We have 4 different floor plans to choose from:
540 Sq. Ft. 1X1- $719.00
570 Sq. Ft. 1X1- $729.00
735 Sq. Ft. 2X1- $829.00
810 Sq. Ft. 2X1 ½- $839.00
• All units are also required to have renter’s insurance. You can either have your own with us listed as a payee OR you can have ours for $11.00 per month.
(The insurance we provide DOES NOT cover personal property)
• Water/Trash/Sewer is allocated for each unit. Electric must be in your name and proof on day of move in.
• If you have pet/pets (limit 2) there is a Pet Deposit of $250.00 and Pet rent of $15.00 per month per pet.
• Sparkling swimming pool, 24-hour laundry facilities onsite, Professionally Managed, 24 Hour Maintenance for emergency calls.
• Security Deposits $200.00 and UP.
You can apply online at www.dtiproperties.com. Go to APPLY NOW, select KILLEEN & then Renaissance at Stoney Creek. After your application is submitted we will enter it in the system and notify you on how to pay the Application fee of $40.00 per adult, or $50 for a married couple. You will also need to provide proof of income for the last 30 days, and a copy of Photo ID and social security card to: [email protected].
The process is rather quick so we will get back to you on approval SAME DAY!
