Last night, we celebrated 2 years of Realty of America 🇺🇸 — and it had me thinking about how we got here.

For us, it started with a simple dinner with a fellow agent who wanted to share an opportunity.

Fast forward to today, and we’re part of a company that has grown incredibly fast — without outside investors — while creating a model where agents have the opportunity to have ownership in the brokerage they’re helping build.

That matters to me.

I believe the days of simply hanging your license somewhere and being sold empty promises of “training” and “culture” are over.

Agents should expect more.

More leadership.
More collaboration.
More opportunity.
And a place where your growth contributes to something bigger than your next commission check.

One of the things I appreciate most about ROA is that it doesn’t feel like we have to convince people to be here.

We don’t recruit. We attract.

Being able to continue sponsoring Kingdom FC means a lot to both of us. ⚽️🤍

This market has challenged our business in ways we’ve definitely felt, but through it all, God has continued to provide. And we don’t take that lightly.

As a mother-son team, we’ve been blessed with opportunities to build a business together, serve families, and now use a portion of what God has given us to pour back into our community.

We never want to get so focused on the next closing, the next goal, or growing the business that we forget why we’ve been blessed with the opportunity in the first place.

We’re grateful to continue standing behind Kingdom FC and these young athletes. May we always remember: the blessing was never meant to stop with us. 🙏🏽⚽️

There are moments when I look at you and think about everything we’ve walked through together—the sacrifices, the time apart, the changes, the unknowns—and I’m reminded just how proud I am to be your wife. ❤️ This week, getting a little time away together and having the chance to simply celebrate you felt so special.

I am so incredibly proud to be your wife.

I see the sacrifices that come with the uniform—the time away, the long days, the responsibility you carry, and all the uncertainty that sometimes comes with this life. Through every season, I am grateful for the way you continue to show up for our family and for the country you serve.

As we step into another season with decisions still ahead, my prayer is simple: May God continue to lead you, protect you, and guide every step of your career and your company. May He open the doors meant for you and give us peace with the ones that aren’t.

This week, we celebrated the Army, we celebrated the United States of America, and I got to celebrate the man I love. 🇺🇸✈️

So proud of you. So grateful for you. And forever proud to stand beside you as the wife of an American pilot. ❤️🇺🇸

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be yours.

“I’ll talk to a real estate professional when I’m ready to buy.”
