This one was really special. When someone you’ve known since childhood reaches out and trusts you to help them buy a home, it means a lot.

At the top of this buyer’s list was a home with a big fenced-in yard—and that’s exactly what they found! 🏡

Finding the right fit for them made this closing that much more meaningful. So happy for them as they start this next chapter!

First time buyers ✅
First offer ever written ✅
Very competitive market ✅

Brian & Lauren were selective, asked the right questions, and were prepared to go after what they wanted…and it sure paid off.

Not every deal goes this way but when it does, it’s a good day. We’ve felt fortunate to be part of so many huge life moments with this couple — the start of their relationship, a wedding, and now buying their first home! These are the reasons we love doing real estate. What a week!

A couple years ago, our good friends and clients, Ally & Kieran, came to us ready to find a home for their next chapter.

Once they narrowed their search to Chestnut Hill & West Mount Airy, the real work began. In these neighborhoods, inventory is scarce, competition is fierce, and relationships matter. With every offer, we refined our approach and stayed ready for the right opportunity.

Two days before their baby was due, their offer was accepted.

Now they have a beautiful new baby and a dream home waiting for them. Can’t write a hallmark movie ending better than that!

Thanks to lenders MortgageCS and listing agent Brenda Robinson Beiser for such a smooth transaction.

Our buyer clients, Eric & Maura, knew exactly where they wanted to be — Havertown.

They had a few tough losses along the way, but they stayed patient, positive, and never gave up.

This week all their hard work paid off. They beat out multiple offers and got to purchase this home from the sweetest seller. So happy for them!

Closing day for Maddie & Peter - making big moves 🤍

20 acres, a house, and so much opportunity to bring their vision to life. 🌿🏡

Proud “older” cousin moment over here, watching these two young & successful entrepreneurs become homeowners. It was a wild ride, but they made it to the finish line. We can’t wait to see everything they turn this property into!

Huge shoutout to our favorite lenders .diane and .d.jones for swooping in and saving this deal at the final hour. Couldn’t have done it without you!

2025 expanded our real estate experience in a big way: navigating our own construction project from design through build alongside an incredible contractor & team, launching a short-term rental, building a trusted Jersey Shore referral partnership, and making a brokerage move aligned with where we’re headed (eXp Realty).

Every lesson made us better and that’s what we’re bringing into 2026.

Happy New Year to all our clients and friends!
