Well finally after 2 months my poker machine toppers came in today. I don't know if I will be able to get anymore in because we went a few rounds since what was supposed to took a week took 2 months and I paid in advance 2 months ago. So I'm gonna probably keep half of them and sell half of them. If you see one your interested in you can message me and I'll let ya know a price. They will be LED lights in them and plug into wall with a cut off switch. They will range from 125.00 to 200.00 probably. Will know more once I see how much I have into them. Here are some pictures of them. They can be wall mounted or have a base on them and stand up. I got 50 of them. All of these came out of a casino in the U.S. Perfect for game room, work shop, etc.

Well it's OFFICIAL !!! The house in Kings Mountain is UNDER CONTRACT !!!!!! Cindy Hogston had an Open House today from 1PM til 3:30 PM and had SEVERAL people that was interested in the house and by 4 PM had a verbal contract OVER ASKING Price !!!! Then we signed the contract a little bit ago !!!! Cindy is an amazing Realtor and if your in the market for buying or selling she will do you a great job !!!! I've had alot of realtors over the 28 years I've been flipping properties but I can honestly say Cindy is the best ! Not only because she sold my flip house on the market on the FIRST day but because she offered to do an Open House the first day and bought food and drinks, put the house out there so people knew it was for sale and gave me an honest price that she thought it would sell for by doing her research and got comps that have sold recently. She's NOT just a realtor that throws a sigh in the yard and puts it on the MLS and hopes it sells ! She ACTUALLY works !!!!!! Plus she takes less commission than most realtors do !!! So if your looking at buying or selling please give her a call !!!
