Another amazing week in my new chapter at Keller Williams Kingsport. ❤️🏡🔑
I've been a full-time real estate agent since 2008, and if I'm honest, there have been times when I thought I had seen and learned it all. This week reminded me that growth never stops.
From tech coaches and fellow agents to lenders on staff, I've been surrounded by people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. But the highlight of my week was something I'll never forget.
One of the top-producing agents in our office—someone who certainly didn't have to—took time out of her busy schedule to make sure I had everything I needed during my transition. She offered advice, support, encouragement, and made me feel right at home. It was a humbling reminder that true leadership isn't about production numbers—it's about lifting others up.
What I've found at Keller Williams isn't hype. It's real people helping real people. Nobody has treated me like a number. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure I have the tools, support, and resources to succeed.

🏢🔴❤️ New office. New chapter. New energy. ❤️🔴🏢
This week has been a whirlwind as I get settled into my new home at Keller Williams.
Business cards are being printed. Name tags are on the way. Systems are being set up. Technology is being connected. Every day I'm learning something new and getting a little more settled in.
What has impressed me most isn't the building, although it is absolutely beautiful. It's the people.
From tech coaches, assistants, brokers, owners, shareholders, fellow agents, and staff, I've had support every step of the way. Every question has been answered. Every challenge has had someone willing to help. The positive energy here has been incredible.
I'm excited about my new office, the new location, and yes, having four bathrooms definitely didn't hurt in the decision making process. 😂🚻
Most of all, I'm excited about fresh beginnings, new opportunities, and continuing to serve my clients at the highest level possible.
