At 81 North Main Street in the Village of Ellenville stands a brick landmark that has quietly served the community for nearly a century. Built around 1929, it first connected people as the home of the Ellenville Telephone Company, and later became the village’s Town Hall—a place where voices were heard, decisions were made, and everyday life unfolded. With its stone-trimmed corners, arched doorway, and enduring presence on Main Street, this building carries generations of memory and meaning.
To be entrusted with representing the buyer in the sale of such a significant piece of Ellenville’s history is something I am truly touched by and deeply honored to have been part of. My sincere thanks to listing agents Jesse Chason and Jeff Serouya for their professionalism, collaboration, and care in guiding this remarkable property into its next chapter. 🏛️✨
