Dinner at Little Trúc in Easthampton — one of those places that makes the Valley feel very much itself.

They started as a food truck back in 2017 and now have a restaurant tucked into the Paragon Building, serving Southeast Asian food with handmade curry pastes, chili oils, and a real commitment to local farms and producers.

This is the stuff we love about real estate here: not just the house, but the life around it. The old mill buildings, the small businesses, the places you slowly make part of your routine.
