Designed to have something to offer all season long.

Real World clover & chicory, standing corn, and freshly broadcast wheat — all tucked behind a wall of Miscanthus that provides screening and helps create better access in and out of the plot.

Different food sources for different times of the year, with enough screening and cover to help deer feel comfortable using the plot.

Built to produce from early season through late season.

If you’re interested in trying Real World Wildlife Products or would like help improving your hunting layout, feel free to reach out.

A few weeks and a couple good rains later…

This Real World Wildlife Products Clover & Chicory plot is coming in great and really starting to fill out.

Always rewarding to come back and see the results.

There’s a lot more to a successful food plot than putting seed in the ground.

Site preparation, planting method, timing and location all play a role in building a plot that performs.

Another fall plot in the ground.
Just in time for the rain!

Getting Real World Wildlife Products Clover & Chicory established on this plot. A perennial blend that can provide quality forage and attraction for years with the right establishment and management.

And of course, I had my best helper along to make sure everything was done right.

Looking forward to watching this one develop throughout the fall.

Buying land is different than buying a house.

When you’re looking at hunting, recreational, or rural property, some of the most important features can’t be seen from the road.

Having access to a side-by-side and aerial imaging allows you to get a better look at the entire property — from trails and access points to timber, fields, water, habitat and the overall layout of the land.

Whether it’s 20 acres or 200, understanding how a property lays out and how it fits your goals is an important part of making the right purchase.

If you’re looking for land in Michigan’s Thumb, I’d be happy to help you find it — and get out there to see it.

Progress update on this spring’s kill plot project.

These apple trees from Gingerich Tree Farm have shown excellent growth during their first season. With proper protection and maintenance, young trees can establish quickly and become a long-term attraction for wildlife while adding lasting value to a property.

Habitat improvement is a long game, and it’s rewarding to watch these projects develop year after year.

It's time to set it and forget it, if you haven't already.

One step closer to fall.

Brush hogging the old wheat and getting this field ready for a fall food plot. This plot is surrounded by mature Miscanthus grass, providing a screen from the farm field and helping create a more secluded food source.

Fall will be here soon!
