Check out one of the homes in a 2 house purchase my client is making on a lake Sammamish waterfront property. We will be fully remodeling and expanding both homes as well as adding a DADU/ garage structure.

This structure is one of the craziest shacks I’ve ever seen. The framing is vertical logs with horizontal branches & the off-market price tag would shock you!!!

I will post more before pics and the then the after in a couple years

We are working on a new project on the Lake Sammamish waterfront. The client is looking to buy two lots with existing homes. We are doing the feasibility on and remodeling with large additions to take full advantage of the lots. The plan will include a new detached shared garage with a DADU above but here is some of the work we have done in feasibility to help the client make a buying decision. These are very preliminary studies of the potential of the two lots. The next step is to buy the lots and move forward with the actual design work. If you have a project for which you need some help to visualize the potential, that is what we do, so reach out and lets get started!!

Here is an alternate version of the home I have designed for clients for their 8 acre apple orchard parcel on the edge of Lake Chelan. I prefer the original flat roof option. I feel it is a more timeless design & it has more visual impact, but the clients get to decide

This is a new Lake Chelan residence we are just starting engineering on and should start construction spring of 2026. The home will sit on a ridge facing SW on an 8 acre parcel that was an apple orchard. This will be the couple's cabin until they retire in a couple years to this home. The lake, territorial and sunset views from this property are stunning. We can do the same for you. We are currently working in Calif, WA, Idaho, & Hawaii but we can work in any state, just let us know what you are planning and we can help it become a reality.

We are just about to be in for permit on 2 new homes in West Seattle. both homes feature an ADU in the basement and rooftop decks that have views of Puget Sound. They should be on the market in about 18 months if you are interested. Or let us know if you would like help to bring your vision into reality

Redmond remodel/addition to an house I visited while dropping off a Little League player about 20 years ago. When I saw the house I dreamed of a remodel because of the incredible opportunity for the before & after. The floor plan was burned into my brain. When the current owners called I jumped at the chance to redesign it and sketched the existing plans pretty accurately from memory.
It is one of the craziest homes I have ever seen.

We are doing a facelift on a Bellevue home that is one row back from the Lake Sammamish waterfront. We are turning a craftsman cottage into a mid mod classic and replacing the deck with a new covered deck. New siding, windows & roof all help to bring this home's style into focus and we are going to clad the existing chimney and the new outdoor fireplace with blackened steel panels. We are exploring 2 color schemes but I prefer the all black option

West Lake Sammamish custom waterfront home. This was an outstanding project. We tore down a sad shack and built a stunning home worthy of the location and its views of Mt Rainier

Here are renderings of a new contemporary Ames Lake residence on acreage. This home is designed so that we can add on another 4000sf-5000sf in the future. We are maintaing a small mature evergreen forest on site, upgrading a wetland into a picturesque pond & landscaping a significant amount of the lot. There will be a gated entry and long approach driveway that will enhance the arrival experience as you ascend to this house on a hill

We have Duplex in Kirkland that is under construction & have a few renderings just at the draft level (definitely a work in progress) that we are working on so I thought I would share them. These homes are in the Houghton neighborhood & have stunning Lake Washington views. They should be complete in early spring. They are just a short walk from the Google campus
