🎉 Congratulations to my amazing sellers and buyers for the month of June!
✨ First up, I had the honor of representing the sellers of a home that holds a special place in my heart — it’s where I officially started my journey as a real estate agent. After a month of prepping, we received multiple offers above list price! It was a bittersweet farewell for all, but we hope the new homeowners get to create just as many memories as we did!
🏡 Second, a win made possible through our close relationship with Ecoworks Homes. I’d been tracking this home since it broke ground last year. With early prep and insights, we secured it for my buyers at a lower price than any other unit in the development. Timing and teamwork made all the difference!
🔑 Third — but far from least — I’ve been working with these buyers since last summer. Life threw some curveballs, but we picked things back up this year with a fresh vision. We found the perfect home during presale and became the first unit sold in the entire development. After five months of construction, they’re finally ready to move in! Huge thanks to the Triponite Arborstone team for making the process smooth and stress-free.
