Hi Fellow Real Estate Professionals,
Did you know that the NW Furniture Bank is partnering with real estate professionals to pickup gently used furniture in the Pierce County area? If your sellers need to donate furniture before they sell or if you're looking for unique furnishings to stage a listing, this may be a great option.
Details Below:
Welcome to our Real Estate Connection program! We are happy to have you as one of our professional partners. You may now share the “Real X” discount code with your home sellers, provided they mention your name when calling in with the code. The discount reduces the normal $75 pick-up fee to just $40.
To arrange a discounted pickup, call the Dispatcher at 253-433-7232 or email. Be sure to provide the “Real X” discount code with the required information (your name, company name, email address, and mobile phone number). You can also find more information about the areas we serve, the items we can and cannot accept, and our online pick-up page on our website.
Share with your colleagues so they can partner with NW Furniture Bank and take advantage of discounted furniture pick-ups too. They will simply provide the “Real X” discount code along with their name, company name, email address, and phone number.
You’ll receive occasional emails just to update you on our program. If you would like to maximize the impact of our collaboration, here are some opportunities:
Bring your team to our workshop and build IKEA furniture. (Don’t worry, we’ll read the instructions, provide the tools and space). This is our most popular team-building activity.
Host a “Home Essentials Drive” at your office, workplace, or in your community. Collect new and gently used towels, pillows, sheets, and kitchen packs for our families in need.
Allow us to speak at your weekly or monthly meetings and introduce your colleagues to our program.
Imagine the impact on your clients' lives and the families in our community. Please give me a call, text, or email with any questions, ideas, or comments.
