And that’s a wrap! Happy to report, although with somewhat mixed emotions, that over the last week we’ve closed on the sale of the last handful of Tiny Little Castles. The closings on the final two homes were both today.

Since 2017, we think we did a pretty good job of accomplishing our mission of buying dilapidated houses in nice neighborhoods, showing them some TLC, and then offering them as comfortable, single family rentals with high-end finishes.

That being said, operating the company remotely from our new home in Florida made it impractical to take on new renovation projects, and difficult to manage the existing portfolio of homes.

We’d like to thank all of the fantastic partners that we’ve worked with over the years to help make these projects successful. And, of course, we’re grateful for all of the wonderful families that made these houses their homes. There was also one as**at who shall remain named Anthony that we continue to hope stubs his toe and smashes his shin every morning when he wakes up, but today is a day for thanks and celebration. 😉

Boom! There goes another Tiny Little Castle. This was actually the very first home purchased and remodeled by TLC when we started back in late 2017.

This week, Beth and her team polished it up, got it on the market, had five offers, and it is now under contract at significantly over asking!

Happy to announce that, on Friday, we finalized the sale of the Tiny Little Castle on Lott Street in Endwell.

This was one of our favorite projects, and is in a great neighborhood with fantastic neighbors. We wish the new homeowners the best of luck and happiness in their home!

The Tiny Little Castle located on Lott Street in Endwell, in the ME school district, is listed for sale, and won’t last long. We’ll be kicking off the listing by hosting an open house on Saturday, July 9th from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, with some availability to see the home prior beginning Friday, July 8th.
