My journey in real estate began after working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, where I manag
ed over 1,000 rooms and 200 apartment units in Phoenix, AZ. This experience sparked my passion for real estate, leading me to obtain my real estate license and specialize in property management. Upon moving to Florida, I managed over 350 properties, including condos, townhomes, single-family homes, duplexes, and commercial properties. This diverse portfolio enhanced my expertise and fueled my passion for the real estate business. I worked closely with brokers in property management, helping them organize software for tenants and owners, balance accounts, and select the right tenants to maximize investors’ returns. In June 2023, I founded Florida Landlords with a few properties, and within months, our portfolio grew to over 40 properties. Strong agent relationships and a robust referral network drive our success. We provide advanced property management software for seamless rent payments, owner statements, and 1099 purposes, continuously educating ourselves on new laws to better serve our clients.
