🌟✨ BIG SHOUTOUT to my Amazing Out-Of-State Family who completely surprised me by hopping on a flight to Florida just to check out a few homes we’d been talking about oner the phone! ✈️🏡

Y’all caught me totally off guard — but in the BEST way possible! 😄 They fell in love with the Cali floor plan by DR Horton, and before I could even catch my breath, they had already Ubered over, toured the home, and went under contract! 🔑🙌

🎉 We’re Under Contract! 🏡
This one took a little extra hustle! While the home sits in a peaceful and quiet community, it’s located in a super busy part of Lakeland—which made things a bit more challenging. But after just under 45 days of hard work, showings, and pounding the pavement, we found the perfect family to fall in love with it!
