EVEN-TIDE! One of our favorite little spots in Duck, cozy, waterfront and tucked right along the boardwalk. And they just happen to have the best grilled cheese sandwich we’ve ever had.

Our must-have: the homemade pimento grilled cheese with country ham on country loaf, with hot honey on the side for dipping. SO good!

When our seller hired us, the home had already been on the market for 184 days with another agent, receiving very few showings and no offers.
