Good morning everyone! I just wanted to share an exciting announcement. I’ve partnered up with some awesome friends Clint and Jesse Savoy on my first fix and flip. I will be documenting the journey that y’all may enjoy the transformation alongside of us.
This house is currently a 3/2 1896 sf built in 1965. It needs just about everything. It needs leveled, a new roof, siding, exterior and interior doors, windows, flooring, kitchen expansion, interior redesign/reconfiguration, new kitchen and bath remodels. Adding a bathroom likely and a bedroom or two, New HVAC, probably plumbing and electrical as well, landscape cleaned up. I guess we have our hands full.
Also I can not forget my awesome Realtor that brought this deal to my attention. Thank you so much Lilly Brunk!! If anyone needs an AMAZING realtor use her. She’ll go above and beyond. She is super responsive. She’ll stage your property for FREE just for being your realtor. She also does interior design if your project needs it. She’s so friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good about her.

I feel so blessed and Gods hand giving me the green light as my friend Lilly Brunk says in my venture into Real Estate Investing. I’ve been wanting to get into real estate for close to a decade. And everything has been falling into place lately. Not in the way I anticipate. Losing my job last year in September in software development and then trying to start a bookkeeping business and failing. I began to think my Heavenly Father had forgot about me or didn’t care. I now realize he was helping and guiding me to get to where I really wanted to be without even knowing it. My heart is full of the awesome people he has been surrounding me with and that my wife has stuck with me through it all. It’s been rough the last while. I see a brighter future on the horizon. Glory to God!!
