Theresa has been helping people buy and sell homes since 1997, but her path to Knoxville started with a pretty bold move. In 2022, she packed up her car, brought one suitcase, and left Montana behind to start a new chapter in Tennessee. 🏡
Four years later, she's built a life here with her boyfriend Chip, his son Connor, and plenty of family visits from her three kids and five grandkids. When she's not working with buyers, you'll find her at a UT game, strolling through a farmers market, or taking a drive through East Tennessee with the top down.
What Theresa loves most about real estate is building relationships along the way. After nearly three decades in the business, she still enjoys helping families find the right home and create lasting memories there. That's one of the reasons she loves being part of D.R.
