We Did It! ❤️🏡
Days like today are why I love what I do.
Back in 2022, I helped this wonderful family buy their very first home. Fast forward four years, and with three growing children, they were definitely running out of space! They found a beautiful new construction home they absolutely fell in love with, and it was time for their next chapter.
We got to work, and today we successfully closed on the sale of their first home and the purchase of their new one—all on the same day!
What makes this story even sweeter is that just two weeks ago they found out they’re expecting baby #4! Talk about perfect timing. Their new home will have plenty of room for all the love, laughter, toys, and memories that come with a growing family.
