Sometimes buying a home doesn’t go according to plan.

These buyers started their journey last fall with one goal in mind: putting themselves in a position to better support the parents who had sacrificed so much for them. We got their home listed, under contract, found their new home, and thought everything was lining up… until we discovered that parts of the financing plan they had been counting on simply weren’t going to work.

That kind of news can stop a deal in its tracks.

Thankfully, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Adrian Hall and his team at Rate Mortgage and have watched them consistently go to work for their clients. They stepped in, built a strategy, and kept pushing forward when things could have easily fallen apart.

We closed last week, and I checked in with the buyers today. Through all the stress and uncertainty, they couldn’t be happier. What felt like a major obstacle turned into a solution that not only helped with their home purchase but also created opportunities for their side business moving forward.
