With the first quarter coming to an end! We have closed on 3 properties for over a million in production. That exceeds all my production for last year and I closed 9 transactions. And I had more than half of the potential deals I would have had never make it to the closing table. The point is, is to slow down. Process and develop at a healthy rate for you. And never give up. MARKET UPDATE‼️

A lot of sites and talking heads think the market is cooling off, according to NAR (national association of realtors) this is simply not true. The market is still as hot as ever. On average a new listing goes pending in 18 days...nothing is changing anytime soon friends!
