So obsessed with this kitchen transformation!! I love when I get to refinish kitchen cabinets. It can be tedious with so many cabinets but ... 😍😍😍 SO WORTH IT!!!
Also... I forgot how much stuff I had to clean out of this place 😂.

Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. When you’ve waited 4 weeks for the marble to do the bench top in the master shower after having driven hours to try to find it in IN/KY with no luck so you special order it and it comes in, only to be the wrong item! On to plan C tomorrow to find a solution. Hopefully with success so we can order the glass for the shower and not be delayed longer to get it back on the market in a week. 🙏🏻

Always be a student, surround yourself with good people who are willing to share their knowledge and challenge yourself to grow daily. When they don’t make the siding you need to replace all the damaged stuff, you figure out a way to solve the problem.... planing the wood and 2 diff router passes and it’s now the new, looking like the old. first time trying my hand at siding- but happy with how it all turned out! ... Just as excited about the facelift the exterior house has gotten as the interior.

Yard cleanup underway, flooring completed on the main level, carpet going in this week. Countertops ordered and Working on vanities and kitchen cabinets ... let’s wrap this baby up and get her back on the market soon!!

Spa shower nearing the end, flooring going in at the hoarder house and demo starting at the new house. Exterior trim/siding got finished up at the hoarder house this weekend aside from the siding that needs replacing. Small setback in replacing the damaged siding with the fact no one makes that kind of siding anymore so I will be re- fabricating the siding myself with 1x8s that will have to be planed to the right width and then use a routing tool to get the right groove in the wood, sealed really well on both sides then painted
