I know we haven’t posted anything for quite some time as we have so gratefully been crazy busy…. But here is a deck removal and rebuild we are finishing up for our wonderful customer! Deck is 1354 sq ft, built using treated 2x12x16’s on 12” centers, trex decking with hidden fasteners, AFCO aluminum railing and we are finishing it off by installing waterproof under decking above the length of the concrete patio!

Here we have a complete 5 bedroom home cleanout including the garage. The tenants literally left everything, and they have lived there for years and years! But we got it cleaned out and then did a complete interior paint job along with replacing a few cabinets, and painting the front porch as well!

Our customer was tired of water pooling on his sidewalk. this particular sidewalk had a big void underneath it and we were doing an overlay, so we had taken our time to figure out how to approach this and execute the work so it would hold up and be safe with the extra weight. So we started with hand excavating a footing, hand mix the concrete and bucket it about 25’ through a 1.5’x1.5’ hole into the crawlspace. We braced it with 1.5” rebar and 1/2” rebar drilled into the existing foundation walls. Gave the concrete a few weeks to throughly harden, installed an adjustable loli column for extra support and then built a cinder block retaining wall to hold gravel that we filled the void up with. Many more steps were taken but I won’t bore you with the rest, take a look at the pics and see how nice this sidewalk turned out!

Bathroom remodel we did for a landlord. Just wanted us to spruce it up a bit, but after initial investigation we found thousands fo termites, some mold, and much eaten wood! And so the transformation begins and ends. Take a look at the finished product.
