Behind every REALTOR® trying to make a property stand out… is probably a husband with a trailer, tools, and a “this thing weighs HOW much?!” face. 😂

Today the crew from Legacy Home Repair came to my rescue and built/delivered this massive sign frame for my New Market listing along Hwy 11E. And let me tell you… this thing is SOLID.

One of the things I love most about real estate is that it truly takes a village sometimes. Family pitching in. Long days. Creative ideas. Muddy boots. Heavy lifting. And everyone working together to help a property get seen by the right buyer. ❤️

Just Sold!

3 Acres Bare land in Powell

When a client tells me that they talked to another realtor who wanted them to pay a large fee just to begin a search for them I am always amazed. I only get paid when someone buys or sells a home or piece of land. I do not charge a fee to search or help someone. If you talk to someone who does charge a search fee, it might be time to ask questions!

They have done most of the cleaning out and have also cleaned up a lot of the landscaping. A bonus is Ken found a Peony that he dug up for me and is now planted in our backyard!

This home is going to get a new life and will be a great home.

On the rooms underneath, they don't have an entrance from inside the house but would provide great extra space. If someone wanted they could convert them into a small apartment even.
