Master Plan Builders is a small building company here in Knoxville, TN. We are in the growth phase of our business and looking to add a self starting office manager to our team. We run a supportive and data-driven office, and need someone that ready to jump as our office manager.

Duties:
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of office files, both physical and digital.
- Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained by all staff.
- Coordinate and manage calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure smooth operation of office tasks, including bookkeeping, billing, and insurance verification, accounts payables and receivables. record keeping, filing for building permits, communicating with city, employees and subs.
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in office management.
- Stong knowledge of QuickBooks is a must.
- Proficiency in file management systems, bookkeeping and organizing office documents.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to enforce proper phone etiquette.
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings.
- Experience in training development to enhance the skills of office staff.
- Some knowledge of construction and building practices is preferred but can be trained.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors.

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience, but at this time we cannot offer health benefits.
