☺️ FAMILY RUN MANAGEMENT vs the other guys…
🛎️ LOCAL customer service. I know it’s more profitable to hire virtual assistants and AI for guests comms, but I truly believe the WHY behind our high ratings are due to our local team and 24/7 service. We LOVE ai in other areas of the business, but guests can tell when it’s offloaded.
🤝 CAPPED inventory. We run what’s called a “time released capped inventory”. Meaning we allow a certain amount of cabins in and then shut the door for 4-6 months to make sure we’re fully optimized for our owners. If we feel we are good at the end of that window, we’ll open it back up again. We are not “scale, scale, scale” like 99% of the other companies.
📞 DIRECT access to the owners. I just assumed this was true for every company but most clients that come to us say they never heard from the owners of the company after they signed. All owners have our cell and we’re just a call away. Collaborating with our owners has been a huge part of our mutual success! 🤜 🤛
