I Want You to Remember

I’m here to remind you, that if you’ve had a rough week, you’re not alone. This week has tested me mentally, physically and emotionally. When you think you’ve already had one of everything, the world throws something else your way. You are stronger than you know.

I’m here to tell you that I see you, when you feel like you’ve got nothing left to give. When your world has shattered into a thousand pieces, and your tears slowly fall to the ground. I see the beauty in your brokenness when you feel that you don’t have anything more left.

I’m here to remind you, that I feel your emptiness and loneliness, when you think the world has forgotten you. When everything seems cold, dark and lonely. When you fought so hard just to breathe, and didn’t think you had the strength to keep on going.

I need you to know, that I hear you, when you quietly whisper to yourself ‘never enough’. I need you to remember that you are always enough and so much more.

I’m here to remind you that you are not alone. When the world has left you feeling defeated. I will sit with you in your shadows until your light shines again. I will hold your hand in silence when the hurt and pain seems overwhelming.

I want you to remember, that you are seen, heard and loved. You will always be worthy, enough and someone worth fighting for.
