Will have some new pictures in a couple of weeks. Continuing with improvements since the autumn of 2021. Filled in a significant lakeside sinkhole with 4 tandem axle trucks to provide a smoother safer walk to the lake. Purchased and placed a new covered slip while selling the old one. Installed new doors on the lower level. Are in the process of selecting a garage building company. Selected a company that specializes in staining log homes. . .fall project.

Also, East Norris Point is nearly done as far as available lakefront lots. I think there are a couple steep lots left. And we welcome our newest neighbors. . Rich and Teresa.

5 bedrooms over 3 floors. Large loft area on third floor could be sixth bedroom or third gathering room.

3 full bathrooms all remodeled with designer tile and two with large walk-in showers. One bathroom on each floor.

Great room with wood burning fireplace on main floor. New wood look tile throughout flows into newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and counteracts.

22 foot ceiling with all glass overlooking Norris Lake. Entire first floor of home is full log with second floor being log sided. Deck surrounds the entire first floor.

The lower level is complete with brand new woodlook white designer tile throughout from the great room into the two bedrooms.

Basement remodel. Porcelain wood look tile with with, grey and brown tones. My favorite tile I've ever used.
