What a great evening at our IREM Chapter 57 Summer Social at Covenant Health Park cheering on the One Knox Soccer Club!

The night was filled with great conversations, networking, and camaraderie among our Chapter Associates and industry partners. The highlight of the evening was presenting Knoxville Area Urban League with a $15,000 donation to support their Shoes for School program, helping local students start the school year on the right foot.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and supported this effort. Events like these remind us that IREM is about more than property management—it’s about building relationships, strengthening our community, and making a positive impact together.
