Not all real estate moments are glamorous… some involve a 4’ x 8’ sign, 9 acres, and realizing you might be slightly in over your head 😂

Enter Kate Libby ().

While I’m standing there sizing it up, Kate’s already got a plan: “We’re going to Tractor Supply Co., getting T-posts and a post pounder.” No hesitation. Just calm, confident, farm-life energy.

Next thing I know, she’s out there making it look easy like she’s done it a hundred times (which… honestly, she probably has). Turns out when you ride horses and actually know your way around land, this kind of stuff isn’t a big deal.

Meanwhile I’m just trying to keep up and not miss the post entirely on the first swing 🤦‍♂️

Two closings. One strategy. Big win for my clients. 💪

Huge congratulations to Matt & Alli on selling their home in Vonore and closing on their new place in Maryville!

On the sale side—we were under contract in less than 2 weeks, but when that deal fell apart due to financing, we didn’t miss a beat. I immediately called every agent who had shown the home… and within 24 hours, we had a better offer in place—stronger terms and a higher net for my sellers. Two deals, one smooth transition.

This one means a lot.

Miss Brenda grew up in Oak Ridge, spent most of her life in Florida, and has now made her way back home to be closer to family. I had the honor of helping her after her grandson Shayne, who I helped buy a house last year, referred her to me.
