This man is the Guardian Angel of Real Estate Agents!!! If you want an agent that feels more like family than a business relationship then this is your guy. Josh literally works non stop for you until the deal is done. Even when he isn’t working, he’s working for you. Our deal on our new home was about to fall through due to an oversight by another party and Josh not only swooped in and saved the deal (Which he did not have to do because he was not even the agent responsible for the deal) but he did so from a remote location while he was on vacation with his family. His tireless efforts didn’t stop there, he came over to our house the day he got back with a gift and words of comfort and to ensure us he would make it happen no matter what. Rewind a bit to the initial deal, he is a bulldog in the negotiating room, he negotiated our purchase and got all fees covered for us before we even officially out an offer on the home. Wait…there’s more…he got us extensions on our closing not one, not two, but THREE different times due to terrible circumstances and nothing going our way. The one thing we knew we had in our corner the whole time was JOSH. From start to finish he was the foundation of our home buying process. We had TERRIBLE experiences with other real estate agents in the past and Josh was such a breath of fresh air and made me have faith in the real estate game again. He plays to win, and you will not lose by choosing him. No matter where I go or how long it is I will ALWAYS use Josh for anything having to do with home buying or selling in the future. My only regret is that he got us to the closing table and got the deal done so I can longer talk to him on a daily basis and hear his words of encouragement and daily reminders of just how awesome someone can be. He’s also a former home inspector so he knows the ins and outs and all the little details that most agents miss when you’re looking for your perfect home. In a nutshell…If you don’t use Josh Whitney to buy or sell your home, you’re truly missing out on one of the greatest experiences of your life. I wish I could give him 10 stars out of 5. HES THAT GOOD!!!!
