🚨JUST SOLD🚨

Over 8 months ago, an old high school basketball Coach of mine reached out to me for my help with the sale of a family home his wife had bought for her father.

Yesterday, we closed on that property. Sellers got the number they were looking for, under contract in 4 days, and (with the help of the buyer’s lender) we closed a whole week ahead of schedule!

It didn’t just happen though. The sellers and myself worked to get everything game-ready for the day that we launched so we could hit the ground running, and it paid off.

I’m amazed how life has a way of coming full circle and allowing you to help those who once helped you, and I thank God every day I get to do that!

It doesn’t matter if you’re thinking about buying or selling now, or if it’s something that is months in the future for you. It is best to learn what the process looks like now!

Weird noises, dark rooms, spider webs, etc.
