Based on real life!

These things get so gross and dirty, but get neglected because they are out of sight and out of mind for a lot of people (myself included).

A simple cleaning will really help it do its job of removing steam from your scalding hot showers!

Story Time🏡

These two knew within 5 minutes that they wanted this house.
We got it.
At the inspection summary, everything checked out really well — no major concerns at all except one: the roof was 26 year old. Doing its job yes, but they knew it was an expense they would have to start saving up for to replace sooner or later. Jokingly we said, “It’d be cool if a storm came through and insurance had to pay for a new roof…”

Fast-forward to TWO DAYS before closing… and that is exactly what happened.

A storm rolled through, the roof sustained damage, and after some quick work and negotiations, my buyers ended up getting a brand new roof at no cost to them. 🙌

Closing only got delayed by a week, and now they get to move into their new home with one of the biggest future expenses already taken care of!

Moments like this remind me that God truly is in the details, and He has a funny sense of humor! So grateful I got to serve these two and help navigate every twist and turn along the way. 🤍

Huge milestone unlocked 🔑🏡

There’s something special about handing the keys to friends. It’s so much more than a transaction. It’s late-night conversations, big decisions, prayers, patience, and a whole lot of trust along the way.

Buying your first home is no small thing. It’s the start of future memories and a place that’s truly yours. Oh, and a fenced in back yard so Lola can run around as much as she wants!!! I couldn’t be more grateful to have walked alongside you both through this process.

To clarify, real estate IS fun!

But it’s also difficult in many ways. You are helping someone make one of the biggest purchases or sales of their life, and that is stressful enough already.

Now add in the fact that a deal can be blown up by something huge or small, and it adds a whole new layer to the stress.

My job is to relieve that stress as much as possible while guiding us to the closing table!
