Realty Trust Group will join healthcare real estate leaders from across the country at the 17th Annual InterFace Healthcare Real Estate conference, September 16–17 in Dallas.

Jason Hinkel, Vice President of Advisory Services, will speak on the panel “Full Buildings, Full Rent Rolls? Where Leasing & Occupancy Stand in 2026 and What’s the Outlook for 2027?” on September 17 from 2:50–3:40 p.m.

The discussion will explore current leasing and occupancy trends and what the market could hold heading into 2027 as healthcare organizations, owners, and operators continue to evaluate their real estate strategies. Colton Hager, Director of Advisory Services, will also be attending from RTG.

Realty Trust Group's Advisory team gathered in Atlanta on August 26-27 for our annual retreat, hosted by our friends at BakerHostetler in Midtown.

Over two days, the team dug into some of our core advisory offerings, including Strategic Planning, Feasibility, Ownership and Capital Planning, and Optimization, and spent hands-on time exploring how we can strengthen the work we deliver for our clients.

Just as valuable was the time together in person, sharing dinner and catching up with colleagues. Our team has grown in size, with team members represented from all four time zones!

Grateful for a team that brings this much energy to sharpening how we serve healthcare clients.

Realty Trust Group (RTG) has expanded its partnership with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System (SRHS) to include portfolio management responsibilities for SRHS's 1.6M SF ambulatory real estate portfolio, including strategy support, transaction management, lease administration, and compliance services.

The expanded engagement builds on a five year relationship that began with strategic advisory support and now includes a full time, on site team member dedicated to SRHS, backed by additional RTG resources.

"The Upstate is growing, and our facilities play a direct role in how we care for this expanding community. Partnering with RTG gives us a dedicated team and a proven program to manage our ambulatory portfolio so we can focus our resources on advancing health together," says Bruce Davis, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at SRHS.

Realty Trust Group was glad to support the 42nd Annual Patricia Neal Golf Classic this past week in Knoxville.

RTG’s Adam Luttrell and Chad Simpson joined representatives from Covenant Health of East Tennessee for the event, which raised an impressive $440,400 to support patient scholarships, patient care programs, continuing clinical education, specialized equipment, and other initiatives throughout Covenant Health.

We appreciate the opportunity to support an event that makes a meaningful impact on healthcare and the communities we serve.
