Winter tip…never leave you water hose hooked to an outside faucet during winter months. In most cases you will not find the leak till spring!

This client had this bathroom remodeled twice. The 1st time resulted in a leaking custom shower, inconsistent grout joints, and tons of tile lippage. The 2nd time, we came in and leveled the floors and installed schluter products for both the shower and bathroom floor for a 100% waterproof seal. Installed new valve with hand wand and raincan. We added a little leathered granite to the bench and curb to add a little pop! All that is left for this reno is the custom shower door!
