If you don’t have an As-Built and sell your home and someone purchases your home with a mortgage loan, it will be required by title, it saves A LOT of time having one handy, and since this is a group survey, it’s cheaper.

Not only does it help a sale, it shows you exactly where your home sits on your property, where your lines are, and if anyone is encroaching onto your land. (With this you can confidently tell your neighbor to move their shed they built half way on your side lol)
