I've owned the "little house" and the studio for over a year now, renting the rooms individually. When I devised The Bluff View Collective, it only made sense to give these spaces a face lift and incorporate some of the detailed touches I live for.

Now the orange door has a fun wall of train-inspired art 🚂, the purple door has a cute additional sleeping area, and the studio (blue door) is fully-equipped for guests to use for the first time ever!

This weekend marks the first official reservation of the Bluff View Collective properties! I'm so excited for the families that are enjoying it AS WE SPEAK. 🤩🥳

Here are a few highlights from the finished "big house," which is where the green and yellow door units are located. This is where I've spent a lot of my time since February, redesigning and revamping many of the rooms. The result is a warm, welcoming, colorful, eclectic space that I'm so so proud of. ❤️

The first photo is the multi-page list of to-dos I worked from (and added to 😆) during renovations at The Bluff View Collective. There were times when this list seemed daunting and never ending. Especially on days when I did a zillion things but crossed off nothing. 😵‍💫

The second photo is the punch list for my final checks, my last minute add-ons, and the extra details I don't want to forget as I wrap up.

I closed on the yellow door house on February 19th, and it's been full steam ahead on this project ever since. For 2 months, I chipped away at the list. It feels good to be where I'm at today.

Let this be your reminder that regardless of where you're at in your own work or projects, you CAN do it. You WILL reach the end (eventually). The list will get shorter and the progress will start to become noticeable.

I've been renting out individual rooms at The Bluff View Collective during rennovations. This review is from a guest who just stayed in a newly-updated room in the big house (the yellow door). I can't wait for others to have this same experience in ALL the rooms we offer. 🥰

"10/10 one of the best spots I’ve stayed at. Super clean, very nice kitchen, the bedroom is really cozy and comfortable, great views of the bluffs from the back deck. I definitely will be booking again."

Sneak peek of one of the newly updated rooms at Breidenbach Chiropractic! I'm so happy with how it turned out! I've been hard at work giving the Losey office a new look, including this HydroMassage room. New flooring, furniture, paint, lighting, and decor have transformed it into a space perfect for relaxation and healing. More to come soon!
